Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into 1-2 in florets
  • 3-5 Tbsp of melted salted butter**
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp pink himalayan salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • cup freshly grated parmesan
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and additional parmesan optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat airfryer to 400 degrees F
  • Wash and cut your cauliflower and dry.
  • Mix seasonings in a bowl.
  • Toss cauliflower florets in melted butter then in seasoning mix.
  • Add to airfryer for 3-5 minutes until tender and toasted – air fryers vary greatly so check midway and adjust cooking time as needed.
  • Remove and toss in buffalo sauce and half of your cheese then place back in airfryer 3 minutes.
  • Remove, garnish and serve with ranch or blue cheese (*can omit for vegan, sub butter for vegetable oil)
