– cottage cheese full fat

– pitted dried dates

– allulose

– sugar-free maple syrup

– smooth peanut butter

– vanilla
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a container and cover.
Freeze at least 1-2 hours before serving.
