Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups – cottage cheese full fat
  • 4 – pitted dried dates
  • 4 Tbsp – allulose
  • 2 Tbsp – sugar-free maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp – smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp – vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a container and cover.
  • Freeze at least 1-2 hours before serving.
