Mix everything together in a cooking pan simmering on low for 15-20 minutes. Until all cheese is melted.
Meanwhile, boil noodles for 5 minutes in a separate pan. Drain. Then add to sauce and cook remaining 2-3 minutes OR you could cook all the noodles in the saucepan – simmer for 15-20 minutes. If you choose to cook the noodles in the sauce itself you may need to gradually add up to 1 cup of water to ensure proper cooking of the noodles with enough liquid. Both methods work well.
Serve with a pinch of Parmesan, parsley, and lemon zest.
