Healthy 4-Ingredient Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz – cream cheese
  • 2 – eggs
  • 2 tsps – Granular Sugar Replacement Lakanto
  • 3 tsps – vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth.
  • Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.
  • Place skillet on the stove on medium heat.
  • Pour batter onto a hot greased pan.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden, flip and cook an additional 20 seconds or so.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Top with sugar free syrup of choice (or pure maple syrup).
