Lemon Parmesan Salad

Ingredients

– romaine hearts lettuce

– olive oil

– lemons zested and juiced

– finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Wash lettuce and pat dry with a paper towel.
Add lettuce and zest in a medium-sized bowl.
Season with salt pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Toss to combine.
Add parmesan cheese and toss to coat the lettuce with the cheese.
