Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups fresh chopped spinach
  • 1 jar 13 ounces canned quartered artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of plain full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup freshly grated Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 2 Tbsp diced red onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp chopped water chestnuts
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt may increase up to ½ teaspoon per preference
  • Extra ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese for top
  • Top with everything bagel seasoning optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your slow cooker (minus extra cheese and everything bagel seasoning).
  • Cook on low for 2 hours or until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Stir and season more as needed. This is more salt can be added per your preference.
  • Add the extra cheese on top and let cook on high for 20-30 more minutes. Then sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning on top if you would like.
  • Serve and enjoy.
