Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees
Slice bell peppers and onions into 1/4 inch strips
Slice chicken breast into 1/4 inch strips
Combine chicken breast and sliced veggies in a medium bowl, toss with olive oil
Mix dry ingredients together to create the seasoning in a separate bowl
Pour the the dry seasoning onto the chicken and veggies and toss until well coated
Place seasoned chicken and veggies into air fryer basket
Cook for 10-15 minutes at 390 degrees (time varies depending on the air fryer so check halfway), shaking the basket halfway through
When finished, remove basket from airfryer and squeeze the juice of one lime on top of the chicken and veggies
Place cooked chicken and veggies into low carb tortillas or green leaf lettuce wraps
Garnish with toppings of your choosing. Some great additions would be: sour cream, cheese, lettuce, avocado, cilantro or salsa
